Riconi has been in the real estate industry for 6 years. Before that he has been in the sales & marketing for 20 years. As a ph. D, he has his unique insight to Market and know how to get the Best Offer for each property.

Tisci has been in the marketing industry for 10 years. She has partnered with Riconi in managing different projects for 7 years. She has expertise on Google Ads, Marketing and branding. 

Grace has been in the Riconi Team since 8 years ago when they started up a project in Brisbane. Now she works as admin in the company.

Lisa​ has been in Riconi team since 8 years ago when they started up a project. Now She works as sales Consultant and sold about 20 properties. 

Kevin has been in the Riconi's team since 3 years ago. He got his CS bachelor degree from QUT.
